Summer

This Sunday is officially my last lazy Sunday in the summer. It is the day that I get to home after church and have a bowl of cereal with greek yogurt mixed with a sprinkle of raisins and blueberries while watching Audrey Hepburn movies. I am a classic kind of girl that way. But anyways... It has gotten me to think a lot about my summer and how I feel eternally blessed during the summer break.

So… what has summer been like for me?

Summer’s been great. I’ve had my ups and downs. But you know, life’s a roller coaster. I have to deal with it.

I’ve had my downfall with a collaboration that burned down a bridge. Read here if you want to find out.

I’ve also had the best time with my family and friends. The time and memories I have spent with them is most definitely irreplaceable.

But the biggest thing that I’ve learnt during the summer is that life is full of challenges. I can’t just ignore them. They’re always going to be here and I have to face them. That’s why, going back to university, I keep telling myself that I want to be the girl that will always be up for a new challenge. Well who knows? New challenge, new and improved Nadia… #everydayIgetBETTER

To sum it up, I am very grateful for the summer that I’ve had and I can’t wait to experience the rise of the fall.
