I have a dream... A song to sing...

I have a dream... A song to sing... To help me cope with anything.

But sometimes I wonder, what if someone has a dream but they are not given the right tools to be able to voice their dreams out able, to be able to take a stand and reach those dreams? What if, what if, what if...

This makes me think how I have been very blessed all throughout my entire life. I have been able to attend school and higher education institutions in order to receive education. I feel very blessed because being education has given me the opportunity to achieve my dreams.

As you can see in the pictures above, I am wearing a black jumpsuit I got from Topshop while I was studying in the UK. I paired the jumpsuit with my Prabal Gurung for Target heeled sandals which I got online from www.taobao.com just a few weeks ago. On top of the look, I put on this super awesome varsity jacket I got from an Australian company called PVBS (short for the Book of Proverbs).

PVBS is a social enterprise which specializes in making quality retail clothing as well as custom-made memorabilia jackets. The products of PVBS are sold to fund education and feeding projects, both locally (as I mentioned before they are based in Australia) and globally.

I am very touched that the founder of PVBS, Eric Agyeman, has trusted me to do a post about the company. This was a very big deal for me to promote PVBS which main purposes is to help others by selling goods in order to eventually reduce education and food crises.

I feel very privileged to have been included in PVBS because I believe that (in the world of Nelson Mandela), "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."

Bottom line --- I just want to remind us all that we can look fabulous but still be a blessing towards others!
